Dave and I met my junior year of high school. The first thing he asked me was what is my goal I want to get out of us working together, and I told him to earn an NCAA basketball scholarship. From then on we worked out 3 times a week. We did basketball skills and drills along with muscle and cardio strength and endurance. He made me reach heights in basketball that I never thought I could. Because of Dave’s hard work, determination and passion to make me better and never let me quit I achieved my goal and received a Division 2 basketball scholarship. I would recommend Dave in a heartbeat to anyone striving to be better and willing to become the best.

I was trained by Dave Barrett for basketball. I needed to gain strength in my legs and upper body. Core strength was a very important part of the workouts done with the kettle bells as well as other exercises. Dave had me working a lot on core strength because once that was increased my other muscles would also be affected. They were very beneficial and led me towards playoff varsity basketball and leading my team in scoring.
